Our Cancellation Policy

Except in case of emergencies, at least seven days notice is required to postpone or cancel a lesson.

If seven days' notice is given, the teacher will attempt to make up the lesson at another time. In exceptional cases, a student may be refunded the cost of a missed lesson if payment was taken in advance and adequate notice was given.

In case of emergencies or serious illness, notice on the day to cancel is ok. The student will not be charged for the missed lesson in these circumstances. We kindly request that you inform us before 12pm in these cases if possible.

Non-emergency make-up lessons will be limited to four per academic year. Beyond this, students will be charged for any missed lessons and will not be eligible for make-ups.

If a student cancels an unreasonable amount of lessons for any reason, for example, one per month or more, they may forfeit their time slot and be charged the full price for any missed lessons.
